1. No Return & No Exchange

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This includes:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection
  • Delay caused by shipping partners
  • Minor variation in color due to lighting, photography, or screen settings

We encourage customers to review all product images, descriptions, and size information carefully before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

3. Damaged / Incorrect Product

Every order goes through quality checks before shipment. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • Order Number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of outer packaging
  • Short description of the issue

After verification, our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if approved, will only be processed in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment
  • A replacement cannot be arranged for an approved issue

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
